A paleta de cores conecta o clássico Disney com uma textura mais moderna. A seleção de ícones simplifica em um único padrão, ao mesmo tempo que cria um efeito de design novo e divertido.
The concept

The composition reinforces the diversity of The Walt Disney Company’s content. The lines between icons create movement and separate different worlds from each brand (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, ESPN e Star).
The color palette connects the classic Disney to the modern texture. The selection of icons unifies it in one single pattern, while creating an effect of new and fun design.

This is meant to be the first contact of Cast Members with the Company. So let’s make the most magical experience of it all. All brands from The Walt Disney Company in one single pattern.
There is also a HUB where Cast Members can find all they need to know about their Company in their first days with The Walt Disney Company Latin America.

This was a very special project with Isabella Chang from HR Brazil. We created a special welcome planner with HR tasks and challenges for the new Cast Member to make the journey even more magical.
